Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Renow account, navigate to your order history, and select 'Request Return' to receive your unique RMA number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure the Device

  Place the item in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure the return meets our inspection criteria.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Verification & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
